Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100-125 ml chocolate chips
Method:
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Add blended wet ingredients to dry ingredients alternating with chocolate chips.
3. Place paper liners into muffin tin and fill each cup 3/4 full.
4. Bake for about 15 mins at 180 degrees C.
5. Put icing on the cupcakes when they cool if desired.
Icing:
1. Cream together 125g margarine and icing sugar.
2. Add 2 tbsp of milk and mix well.
3. Add cocoa or food colouring.
