I love the combination of strawberries and bananas especially with ice cream, so I made a strawberry banana sundae and it was the best! :) You should try it too.

For someone that's a vegetarian or if you're allergic to eggs Manohar Bakery is the way to go, I was in Surrey last week and I saw this Vegetarian Bakery in Payal Business Centre on 128th and 82nd ave and I tried there cookies and they actually tasted really good. I think everyone should check that place out because not just cookies they had a variety of cakes, pastries, danishes etc..

Milk to Go is a healthy way to quench you thirst and also it tastes good. The other day I was at Superstore and I bought a Vanilla Milk to Go and it taste great, maybe you should give it a try too.

Reese Peanut Butter Cups
Reese Peanut Butter Cups are my favourite chocolate to eat, they're really good and taste extra great with the peanut butter in them.

2 graham crackers
20 g marshmallows
20 g milk chocolate
Method:
1. On graham crackers top marshmallows and chocolate.
2. Add another graham cracker on top.
3. Bake in the oven for 5 mins or till marshmallows melt.

* semolina halwa is a very popular east Indian dessert and is like a thick pudding. Hope you enjoy this recipe.

1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
100ml milk
Garnish: Raisins, almonds, coconut shreds etc...
Method:
1. In one pot melt butter and in another separate pot bring water to a boil.
2. Once the butter melts add semolina and stir till a golden brown.
3. While doing step 2 add sugar to the water when the water comes to a slight boil.
4. Add the water and sugar mixture to the golden brown semolina and butter mixture and stir till thick.
5. Once the mixture is thick stir in milk and take the halwa off the heat.
6. Garnish and Serve.

4. Take the kheer off the stove in about 10 mins or until the sugar mixes in.

Pizza and Breadsticks

Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cup marshmallows
1 1/2 cup rice krispie cereal
Method:
1. Melt butter in a frying pan or pot.
2. Add marshmallows and reduce heat, mix well.
3.When the marshmallows melt and the cereal and mix.
4. Lay the mixture in a pan and cut pieces when cooled.
5. Enjoy!

Vanilla flavoured Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Milk -500 ml/ 2 1/2 cups
Sugar -50 grams or as required
Mixed fruits- anything of your choice
Method:
1.Mix 2 tbsp of Vanilla custard powder with 3 tbsp of warm milk and make a smooth paste without any lumps.
2.Boil 2 1/2 cups of milk , add sugar to it.
3.Add the custard paste to the milk and cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick.
4.After it comes to room temperature, refrigerate it. It will become more thick when cooled.
5.Cut fruits of your choice. You can use any seasonal fruits or mixed fruits.
6.Before serving, arrange the fruits in a bowl or cup and pour cold custard on top of it .
Serve Chilled.
Note - Mix fruits to custard only before serving.

1 cup Plain Yogurt (Curd)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Cilantro
1-2 Mint leaves

1 Medium-sized finely chopped onion
1 Big tomato

- Take yeast and soak in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes
- Take all other ingredients and mix well. To this add the yeast and make a soft dough like for chappatis. If need be add a little water and keep aside for 4-5 hours, the longer kept, the better it is.
- Roll like naan but this needs to be kept a tad thicker (but not too much) than naan. Fry like till both sides are golden brown.
Chole
- Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker or a pot with a lid and heat it.
- Add garlic powder and make it dark brown. Then add cumin seeds saute till they are brown and start "jumping" .
- Now add the clove. Add diced onions. Fry then till they are light brown.
- Now add the rest of ingredients including water except the cilantro and mint leaves.
- Close the pressure cooker and wait for 3 whistles to come or cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish choley with thinly sliced long pieces of onion and a piece of lemon split up into 4 pieces.

Vanilla Cupcakes
Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and beat well until smooth and creamy.
3. Place paper liners into muffin tray and fill each cup 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 15 mins or till golden brown at 180 degrees C
Icing:
1. Cream together 125g margarine and 125g icing sugar.
2. Add 2 tbsp of milk and mix well.
3. Add cocoa or food colouring.
Ingredients:

20ml margarine

1. Spread margarine and maple syrup on rolled out pizza dough.
2. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
3. Drizzle half of the caramel.
4. Cut the pizza dough into strips and twist each strip.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 mins or until golden brown and fluffy.
6. when out of the oven cut the twists into bite size pieces (if desired) and serve hot and fresh with caramel and maple drizzle.

1 stalk green onions (optional)
1/4 bell pepper (optional)
1 1/2 carrot
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oil (to steam vegetables)
f.g herbs and flavouring (if desired)
Method:
1. steam vegetables with oil for 5-10 mins.
2. Let vegetables cool
3. Toss vegetables and all other ingredients in a bowl except for spring roll wrappers.
4.Sprinkle wrappers with hot water and add 2 tbsp of mixture into each wrapper.
5.Fold wrappers and deep fry till golden brown
6. Serve with dipping sauce of choice (I used plum sauce) and Enjoy!

Mango Milkshake
On a beautiful day like today where it's 28 degrees outside try making this great mango milkshake recipe.

6-7 scoops vanilla ice cream
50 ml milk to make the milkshake more rich (optional)
